The effects of the Federal Constitutional Court's decision of 30.07.2024 on the Federal Election Act
We cordially invite you on Wednesday, 22 January at 6.00pm, to a highly topical contribution in the run-up to the early German General (Bundestag) Election on 23 February, 2025. The lecture entitled “Before the General Election - The effects of the decision of the Federal Constitutional Court of 30.07.2024 on the Federal Election Act” will be given by lawyer Dr. Hans-Joachim König and will be held in German. The consequences of the electoral law reform and its significance for the upcoming parliamentary elections will be discussed.
The event is open to the public, free of charge and is aimed at students and anyone interested in the areas of elections, law and society. It will take place at the Schwenningen Campus in E Building, Room 0.02.
